Obviously nothing beats face to face contact for personal training and support.

Everything I do is centred around the needs of my clients.  This why it is so important that you are honest when answering the initial questionnaire – the more you tell me the more I can help you.  If you are just starting to work out or you are already working out and need your training to be taken to the next level, 

My in person challenges include personal training session at any location in or around Cardiff City ,These do exactly “what it says on the tin” – I meet you in the gym and guide you through the exercises and sets.  The benefit of working out with a Personal Trainer is that we push you further than you would push yourself.  The beauty of working out with me is that I will personally devise your training plan and adapt it each week to make sure you are getting results. 

All my plans will be tailor made to your specific goals and current condition.  Don’t worry if you have never worked out before, everyone has to start somewhere and you have come to the right place.  Don’t worry if you have any food allergies or intolerances, we can work around them.  Don’t worry if you have had injuries in the past, after you have filled out the questionnaire I will have all the information I need and will be able to make accommodations for any injuries or allergies.


I have been working as a personal trainer for many years and I have to be honest, it’s not just about numbers for me.  Yes I am thrilled when my clients follow my plans and the pounds are dropping off them; I am overjoyed when clients are losing inches when other diets didn’t work.  But what really makes me happy, truly happy is when I see client’s lives transform and they embrace a healthy lifestyle; when clients tell me they are performing better at work because they are more confident and have so much more energy. PERSONAL TRAINER IN CARDIFF
