This is designed to help you build your running voume up to 60 minutes continuous running safely.

The first 8 weeks will only have long slow distance running. in weeks 9-15 interval training will be introduced to ease your legs into running with more speed and thus more impact.

the first couple of weeks will seem very easy to some. i recommend starting week 1 and have the patience to build a great foundation before skipping ahead to what you think you can handle.
