5k Running Program! Designed for beginner to intermediate runners
Lee designed this beginner/intermediate Running program with an end goal distance of 5k. This program is also perfect for those looking to add extra supplemental running/aerobic conditioning to to their current Crossfit or cross training. It is 3 days a week and last 6 weeks building in distance and intervals. This will help fine tune and build your aerobic base to make you better at everything else you are doing!
